The Operating System for Businesses That Don't Fit the Mold
50 products across three suites. 56 payment gateways. 24 countries. Built by operators for operators. This is how Calisto Pro became the platform thousands of businesses run on.
5 Chapters. One Platform Story.
Calisto Pro did not start in a pitch deck. It started in a vacation rental in the Dominican Republic, where one operator could not find a platform that ran the whole business. Five chapters explain how that frustration became the operating system for businesses across 24 countries.

Who We Are
Calisto Pro is the operating system for businesses that do not fit the mold. Twenty Ops products, twelve Work products, seventeen Marketing products on one platform. Built by operators in 24 countries for operators everywhere else. From a solo coach with five clients to a 200-property hotel group to a marathon series running across three continents, the platform meets the operator where they actually are.

Our Origin
Calisto Pro started where the agency story started: one vacation rental in the Dominican Republic in 2017, that grew into multi-country operations, that hit the wall every operator hits. PMS for the building, channel manager for distribution, accounting for the books, marketing for the growth, and a spreadsheet to tie them all together. Ryan could not find a platform that ran the whole business. So he built one. What started as a tool for one operator's portfolio is now the platform for thousands of operators across 24 countries.

Our Founder
Ryan Matthew Vandegrift grew up in West Virginia, practiced law at Thomson Reuters, restored seven historic homes in Pittsburgh, moved into commercial real estate in Miami, and traveled 24 countries before founding Calisto in the Dominican Republic in 2017. What started as one operator solving his own problem became a platform serving operators everywhere.

Five things that separate Calisto Pro from every other platform in the market. Not marketing angles. Structural advantages baked into how the platform was built and how it operates today.
Position
Calisto is the global standard, not just another SaaS bet. While competitors chase funding rounds and pivot quarterly, Calisto Pro serves operators in 24 countries across 20 verticals with 50 products that ship together. The platform is not a startup experiment. It is the production system thousands of businesses depend on every day.
Learn moreGlobal Capability
56 payment gateways, multi-language guest communications, multi-currency accounting, and regional compliance for every market you operate in. A hotel in Barcelona processes Bizum. A restaurant in Sao Paulo accepts Pix. A food truck in Lagos runs Paystack. Built in from day one, not bolted on after a customer complaint.
Learn moreBYOB Control
Your data, your processor, your hosting, your pace. Bring Your Own Backend means you never get held hostage by the platform. Deploy on your own database where regulators require it. Keep your merchant relationship and your transaction rates. Move at the speed your business demands, not the speed the vendor allows.
Learn moreCore Reality
Calisto Pro is the platform Calisto the agency runs on. Every booking, every owner statement, every turnover checklist, every guest message in the agency operation flows through the same system you are evaluating. We are not selling tools we do not use. We are selling the tools we depend on.
Learn moreOperator DNA
Built by operators in 24 countries who ran businesses before they built software. Every choice was made because we hit the same wall you are hitting. The field service engine exists because a cleaner no-showed two hours before a VIP check-in. The trust accounting exists because an owner wanted line-item transparency on every statement. The 200-channel sync exists because double bookings cost real money.

What This Means For You
This platform was built by someone who ran what you are running, who chose every architectural decision because of a real problem. The 50 products work because they had to work for an actual business. The 56 gateways exist because a Spanish hotel needed Bizum and a Brazilian restaurant needed Pix and a Nigerian food truck needed Paystack. The cross-suite integration exists because no PMS could talk to no marketing tool that could talk to no accounting tool. Run your business on the platform built by someone who ran yours.
